How can a single country hold meeting with the whole continent 😢 We Africans really have problem

Poor Africa unable to hold a summit as the richest continent and that is the tragedy. An entire continent rushing to please those who don't like us. I would have liked to see one day a summit where Africa would preside as an important nation and make us proud.

Africa needs new generation leaders

Why are these leaders always on the rush to go where they aren't respected. let them meet you in Africa. They need us more than we need them.

Instead of 52 Africa leaders travel to Italy , isn't that easy the Italian PM to go to Africa when the Au summit is began in couple of weeks and meet all of them ?

It doesn't make sense for one country all 54 countries to come all the way from Africa to Italy, instead Italy could come to the African union headquarter to meet these countries.

Even though I am a native/ ethnic of Tigray, I like to say this. In the Italian/Africa summit two Italian colonial countries, Somalia and Eritrea, as well as former European colonial countries are present. But there is only one country that has changed history and shed light on the freedom and equality of the oppressed peoples of the world by defeating Charles Darwin's theory of " SCRAMBLE FOR AFRICAN " through psychological and real warfare. Bringing all Europeans to their knees and breaking the spirit of colonialism. "Ethiopia" I am proud to be born from this root.

Italy hosted it but the EU hijacked it. It was just a front, italy was being supervised by its boss.

Only if they were representing their people and not their pockets.

Good I like Meloni, she was the one who exposed France. Hope those African can bring a solution to the table to solve illegal migration so that they will stop dying in the sea. As an African , I wish we had leaders like her in Africa.

I love Italy and all the countries in Africa. I only pray that this gesture of business solidarity is REAL and not another attempt to trick Africa into submission. Africa is no longer a gentle giant.
