Bull Moose Fight!
A bull gets squirrelly and chases off a cow out of frustration, then goes looking for trouble. He finds it in the form of a more mature bull. They fight and end up crashing in the alders with groans and grunts. The lesser bull comes flying out seemingly unharmed, and the older bull comes out injured, and very lame. The first bull goes into the trees to hide/sulk. It appears he wasn't the winner after all. Enjoy and if you like, please subscribe!

Thanks for watching our channel, we are the husband/wife team of Rick and Libby Libbey, (Libby squared), New Hampshire wildlife photographers (and part time Alaska.) It is our passion to document wildlife of any kind, but moose are at the top. In New Hampshire we spend a lot of our spring/summer hours in kayaks photographing loons and moose in the waters of New Hampshire. And hike many miles in Alaska seeking all manner of wildlife in the fall.

Never been around moose in person, but find it facinating the way they seem to walk parallel to each other for quite a distance before angling toward each other. Love the video.

Fascinating. I hope the lame moose got better. Thanks again for the lack of music. I'd much rather hear the sounds of their antlers crashing together and the tiny vocalizations.
  • How amazing. Both the moose and the beautiful mountain side at beginning. GOD'S creation is amazingly beautiful

That head-tossing that they do to make themselves look big and fine? I think we should call that the rut strut!
  • Years ago, there was a guy in Norway who would go out in the woods with a huge pair of moose antlers and have encounters with moose. Always thought he was a bit crazy! Love the videos...

Those antlers must be hard to balance. Beautiful scenery.

Really amazing footage and majestic animals. Look at the (shot) at 2:30, what a great picture! At 3:22 the moose on the left looks stressed (look at his eyes) after seeing the other one is bigger, and older i guess (more white).
