Desertphile response to Hellfirewater claim of blocking

This video has received a privacy complaint. The privacy complaint is not valid for 3 reasons:
One: I have written permission from the complainer who told me I may make the video in question. An image of his permission is found here: desertphile.org/permission.jpg
Two: In this video I fully complied with the community guidelines in that I am NOT revealing personal information. I am not giving out real names, addresses, or other uniquely identifiable information other than his face, which he showed himself in his own video, to which he stated I may use.
Three: This video also falls within the boundries of Fair Use, which according to the 1976 US Copyright law allows people to use limited portions of a copyrighted work for the purpose of commentary, criticism, and or parody. As such the Privacy Complaint has been fraudulently used as a tool of censorship.
