  • Starks were usually Ruthless. But Ned was raised in the Vale, which made him more honorable then sensible.

Cregan marched down south. Crushed The Green loyalists, took over Kings Landing and sat on the Iron Throne, Did a Royal Wedding and marched back north.

I want showrunners to make Cregan the stark completly different from Ned and Robb. I want to see hardcore wolf, hungry for blood
  • Benjicot Blackwood: Half your men will die, Lord Stark. Cregan Stark: They died the day we marched, boy
  • @1bruceeric
The actor portraying Cregan Stark looks like a wolf. Good casting

"Won't happen right away" scene literally happens right away 😂😂
  • @AstroAvenger
Welp, showrunner confirmed that we are not getting any more of Cregan this season, calling it a "tease".

Craegan Stark seems to be the only one that is looking North, I like how he put it!!! “Do you really think my ancestors built a 700 ft ice wall, if it was just frost and winter, they were worried about”!!!

Honestly, Ned was a outlier compared to previous Starks. I feel like a lot of people saw Ned, and assumed that his behaviour was standard stark behaviour, while YES, Starks were honourable, they didn't take it to the extreme, most starks were always ruthless and pragmatic.

GRRM cares about TV adaptations but he sure gives a fuck about his books
  • @OcarinaSapphr-
I like how you mentioned that though the age difference is small between the two young men- they have lived very different lives...

dude what are you talking about, everywhere i go and every page on facebook is talking about house of the dragon. My whole work place has been raving about it. you must live under a rock
  • dude quality of editing and commentary has gone way up! Congratulations!
  • i cannot wait to meet Cregan because I feel like we’ve all forgotten at least for those who don’t read the books that the Starks are not kind or loveable but more of a levelheaded pretty cold and not very emotional bunch. They have been molded by the cruel environment that they live in so I cannot wait to see how Cregan is going to materialize in the show, especially in comparison with Jace because he’s such a non-character we don’t really know who he is as a person so the relationship between both of them is really gonna be central for this plotline.
  • Cregan stark is definitely as big a player as Stannis. I’m assuming this is spoiler friendly but here is your SPOILER WARNING……. Cregan may actually be an even bigger player then Stannis. He may not show his presence until the end of the Dance but when he does he by all accounts wins. He controlled the 7 Kingdoms (minus Dorne) and while it was only a fortnight (2 weeks) he was unopposed during that time and effectively placed Aegon III on the Throne and got the realm back in order before choosing to retire back to The North. Stannis has nothing on Cregan.
