    Sam has access to all this nice kitchenware, has his own knives and cooks in/on the best pots, pans and other things... but he uses a spoon for everything no matter what he's making. I love it

    Sam, I work in kitchens for a while and the first thing I was told is that when I put my knife down, the blade faces away from me, always. It really makes sense and its an important habit. Having the blade facing you can be very dangerous. You must also place the knife at the top of your work areas, not on the sides. Stay safe, you are a great cook regardless.
  • Hear me out... Max cooks one of Sam's signature dishes with no recipe, while Sam watches silently. Unable to help. Max gets one 30 second "call for help" from Sam lol I'm laughing just thinking about it
