Passenger, when this came out I was homeless, on drugs, and then jail. I now have a house, job, and husband. This song and “Clover Cage - In the Moment” are the two songs that helped get rid of my depression. I just want to send love to everyone and I want everyone to know things will get better. We are in this together..I love you 💕

A boy in the 8th grade in our school died from cancer and students of his class and friends of him told me that he constantly listened to this song 30 minutes before he died in a hospital. 2 Years later when the 10th grade of his class left the school, a girl, his best friend, sang THIS song, HIS favourite song, in front of 600 ppl and made a speech. At the first sentence she tried to say, she cried. It was heartbreaking. I'm still crying thinking about him even tho i didnt know him. I'm happy i wrote R.I.P. on a letter for him when i got in the 7th grade.
