The hype for Diablo 4 has really hit it's peak. However, now that it's playable in beta the collective disappointment is palpable. Could this have been predicted? Woodsie thinks so. Youtuber Kripparrian gives a wonderful breakdown of Diablo 4's specific sins, but it goes deeper than even that. Let's discuss!

I have watched many clips. While the game looks entertaining. There's never where I go "wow that's a great game". World boss looks interesting but who knows how much fun can be had from that.

There are some things in the game I like a lot. The Combat is smooth and the story/lore are true to D1&2. I think the odd item powers like Lucky Strike and Overpower are weak and will likely get tuned out. I played the closed EndGame Beta last year and the closed Beta Last week. I like it overall and I think the weak parts can be tuned out but I am still mildly disappointed.

its just diablo 3 all you will end up doing is running rifts for 28 season until shutdown.imagine paying $70 for a single player game with a cash shop and battle pass only to be shut down later..lol. ill pass on diablo 4 until a big sale.

I really liked the visual and sound design. The story seems fairly decent from what i played. (could play) ...but after 3 hours i was pretty much bored of it tho.. so not gonna buy this until atleast a few weeks after release.. might just skip it.. poe 2 coming too so :P
