If you have ever seen the CBS Sunday Morning News Magazine you're sure to recall the tranquil nature segments at the end. They always leave me with an additional sense of calmness.

While driving around the lake I decided to capture some footage of my favorite spots there and have something to look back on when a few minutes of calmness may be appreciated.
So I run down a path to get near the dam, forgetting the tripod and to NOT to breath so close to the microphone.
