Discover how to turn Microsoft To Do into a powerful task manager, perfectly integrated with your daily tools like Outlook, Teams, and Planner. This video is a comprehensive guide on creating tasks from emails, syncing with calendars, and managing tasks across different Microsoft platforms.

✨ Key Highlights:
▪️ Integration with Outlook: Learn how to sync tasks between Microsoft To Do and both the desktop and web versions of Outlook.
▪️ Email to Task Conversion: Convert emails into tasks directly within Outlook, maintaining a seamless link between the two.
▪️ Calendar Integration: Add tasks to your Outlook calendar for better time management.
▪️ Microsoft Teams Compatibility: Understand how To Do works within Teams, including future features for task creation.
▪️ Managing Planner Tasks: Use Microsoft To Do to view and manage tasks assigned via Planner.

I will show you how Microsoft To Do Integrates with Outlook desktop and Outlook for the web. Outlook for the web is much better integrated with To Do than Outlook Desktop. You have the "my day" view in Outlook and can easily keep an eye on your tasks as well as emails. You can also quickly convert emails to tasks or add tasks to your Outlook calendar.

I keep seeing "Learn Power Apps" and I just can't wait for your new course!!!!
  • When you "Team" up with Leila, you "Excel" in "Office", your "Outlook" towards work changes, and you realize that, there are so many things "To Do"! Well done, looking for more, keep it going! 😊👍👏
  • This was AWESOMELY helpful, brief but PACKED with SUPER USEFUL information. I am so grateful to you for making this. Integration, to me, is the power of the Microsoft suite but they don't always make it clear how all the integrations can really WORK for users. You bridged that knowledge gap so beautifully.

That was great. So clear, so full of actionable information. The favourite thing I learned was dragging an email to To Do to make a task... Brilliant! Thank you so much for making this; keep up the great work.
  • One of the best videos on this topics. I simply fell in love with your technique and style and content and pace and graphics and all other reasons.

Love your videos. Suggestion - Please do a tutorial on using Power Automate to email a CSS-styled daily to-do list for all Microsoft To-Do lists.

This is awsomely helpful!! To Do is one of those apps that you first cannot understand what's it for (what different is it from a calendar) and then you find it immensely useful. One find I can't understand is how Calendar and To Do are not synchronised: like creating an event on Calendar would instantly create a task in To Do instead of the other way around.
  • my goodness!! there are so much gems in those apps you mentioned!! thanks :)
