I am a big fan of Himma Das and Dutee Chand congratulations to them But remember the girl who came 3rd has the potential of becoming a champion blue ribbon competitor in future.Ananda is her second name.She has the built the height and the finesse to become a good 200 meters runner as well.Just watch her.She runs like American and Jamaican girls. out of the line Dutee was better than everyone but Hima caught up in the last 30m. But Hima's posture was not right, was leaning forward a little which would not help in acceleration and generating power from her stride. I hope her coach notices and corrects these. Well done everyone!

Hima das should focus in max one or two discipline. She is a best suited for 400m while occasionally running the 200m. I don't know what her coaches are doing by letting her run the 100m. Overburden and random preps is not expected from the coaches of a international level athelete. Her coaches should focus on one discipline.

3rd position girl is quite aggressive and while running keeps her head straight and high above shoulder, stepping to be corrected to become a champion.... Remedy, more and more trial, and concentration 'i am a champion', Hima Das, DutyChand- very very good performance, every approach is very correct, only lagging behind is structure .... To become a champion in International Arena.

Iam really confused as to what is the vision of Hima Das.Is it the 100mtrs or the 400mtrs.both are different disciplines and require different levels of training and body structure,styles, breathing techniques etc.This is where Indians have been failing in the past.abhi
