I'm currently farming this now. Found it at level 100 and with the mimic I can clear about five of these guys in this area in pretty good time. It's a better spot than the little pipsqueaks in Caled IMO.

Also, apparently he occasionally spawns with golden eyes. 30K souls with scarab talisman

I got the 30k runes once in about 15 tries. 6k for a respawn next to a summon? I'll take it. And I can summon? GTFO!
