If developers build expensive residential highrises, Las Vegas will become a ghost town. Everyone will leave due to increased rental payments and low paying jobs. The only reason people are flocking to LV is that cost of living is cheaper than in other cities.

It’s irresponsible to keep building these unsustainable desert cities.

Could it be possible that Las Vegas could possibly host an Olympics
  • Maybe a huge city park with desert plants and trees or a trollie system maybe even affordable housing with shops around them would be nice, Vegas has enough luxury hotels and casinos don’t ya think ?

Jeez, traffic is so bad there. LV needs to start building out a better public transit system.

Since Brightline is building a new high speed rail system that's always touted for connecting Southern California to the Las Vegas strip why don't they use this lot to, oh I don't know, build a high speed rail station that will drop passengers off on the strip!?!?!?
