I live in Germany and cook Indian food only for myself. Which is a small amount always. I felt so bad every time I had to throw my most favourite part of garnishing and chutney. Can’t thank you enough. This is absolutely wonderful 🙏

Just want to show you some appreciation all the way from New York. I like how you took the time to make a controlled experiment, just to record a video of it. You’re a well-motivated smart guy. Take care of yourself during this pandemic!
  • I really appreciate this because of the effort you took to experiment and show us which technique is best. I have four bunches of cilantro and parsley drying on my counter ready to use your tried and true technique of preservation. Thank you!

  • Thank you so much. You have done so much research and saved precious money and time. Your demo too was simple and straight without much hype. Thanks again, we'll look forward to more such tips.
  • Thanks a million for taking the time to do this video. Seeing the different ways was extremely educational. I bought some cilantro tonight and will wrap like you instructed. I'm tired of using only a bit and throwing away the rest which makes this an expensive herb! Blessings from South Florida.
  • Thank you so much for the video! I been trying to figure out this issue for awhile.
  • This worked just fine. Thanks. I used this method also for other vegetables as well.
