45:50 For anyone else who doesn't speak Viking: Google spelling correction suggests that these strange words are "skyr" and "Nestle Lindahls kvarg". The second one appears to be a Sweden and UK thing.

. Puree or blend over ripe bananas then freeze in a tub , makes a 1 ingredient, all natural ice cream alternative - very yummy - suggest let it soften for 10 mins on taking out of freezer so not too hard

Nutritional Yeast flakes have been eaten by vegan's for years & years due to its "cheesy" flavour. Personally I eat it on LOADS of my food. Just to note: it has a high B12 content: Some studies showing 5 mcg of vitamin B12 per tablespoon, which is slightly more than double the RDA for adults. Even meat eaters can have B12 deficiencies so it's a pretty good supplement. Joe Rogan's podcast featuring James Wilks and Chris Kresser on the "Game Changers" is pretty interesting re. this point (amongst others).

in answer to your question......the UK has 17 Amazon fulfilment centres (fulfilment...thats wonderful) and 40 fulfilment centres in the EU. They have reframed warehouses into wonderful houses of dreams that might come true
  • 17:56 “Having a default backup activity”- When the ‘default activity’ has anything to do with screen time it can actually have quite a negative impact for our brain development and potentially even have severe consequences to our society. Studies have shown that the part of our brains that allows for daydreaming is the same part of our brains that allows us to have empathy. Brain scans have proven that this empathy section of the brain is completely shut off and is not developing whenever we are on one of our devices or playing video games or watching television. So if empathy isn’t developed, this can lead to sociopathic traits or antisocial personality disorder (more commonly know as sociopathy). Scientists are still learning when the human brain stops developing and some studies have showed development doesn’t stop until early 30s. If we look at the big picture: generations of children/kids, young adults, and (up to early 30s) adults overusing or having addictions to devices, videos games...etc. then the future will be filled with a bunch of sociopaths. Not to mention, the numerous other issues caused by too much screen time and this incessant need to be looking at our phones in any spare minute we have. So please, for the sake of humanity, put your phone down and start daydreaming!
  • Jonny is a nice man. The other two need to be kept at arm’s distance

It is sovereign citizen bs. But you can charge others for their time Judge Cook is someone I’ve known. If they can charge you for their time, you can also. There is no penalty in English contract law. That works both ways. As long as you just charge for actual cost
