I swear that the Closer album was a true masterpiece..every track was amazing..i wore out 2 copys of that album..back in the day that was vinyl..this is my fav track!

She is soul ROYALTY, same as Gladys, Aretha , Barbara, Loleatta, Millie, Betty , and Nancy, oh, Esther Phillips as well, but her catalogue is shorter, and most of the southern soul queens like Gwen and Anne. She said last year, that a lady has be a lady, in ref to today's male women, lol, a proper old school DIVA.
