That man could have stayed in his house and called the police. He did not have to come outside and shoot that lady.
  • @SarahAndrews24
At 61, that lady just wanted to make a living, her life ended in the most tragic, senseless and brutal way. Truly heart breaking!
  • He murdered her. She did not have a weapon. He chose to take her life. He could have called the proper authorities. She even asked him to call the cops.

He is still guilty of manslaughter Edit: English isnt my first language, therefore i didnt know the difference between manslaughter and murder. Thanks to the many of you pointing it out. I agree that this is a first degree murder.
  • @gebuh1
He murdered a woman. Stop calling her an Uber driver like that’s the important bit. Also that the takeaway is “oh no, protect grandpa from scams” and not why tf is this murdery old man allowed access to firearms is a flex.
  • Instead of calling the cops, He got outta his house, walked her down and shot her 3 times while she was yelling for help and begging for her life. People get scammed everyday that doesn’t mean u kill someone cuz you thought they were working with the scammers. And then got the nerve to call the cops after the fact. Hes a murderer
  • @Jermanskitchen
Y’all not even acknowledging that lady who was murdered.. I wish I could turn off the comments. At this point stop commenting. You’re not changing my mind. I’m never going to sympathize with a murderer period. He shot and killed that woman. She’s dead and she’s not coming back. He gets to at least live his life in prison and get to communicate to loved ones with letters, visits, and phone calls. She doesn’t get to do that because she’s in a GRAVE. He shot her onceee she backed up and fell to the ground. She was on the GROUND BEGGING FOR HER LIFE and then he shot her again multiple times to make sure she was dead. There’s only ONE victim here. Period. Please stop replying.

What he did to that lady was much worse then the scam, his first criminality was not calling to cops and decides to grab his gun instead and sees the lady saying help over and over again while she could barely walk and still decides to force her to walk backwards towards her car and shoots her point blank his original scam went out the window and he became a criminal then

A friend got this sort of call. She told them, "Let the little jerk stay in jail."
  • @wanderer3004
This guy really took the whole "I am the law", crap way too seriously. These people just want to murder someone, they're just waiting for a "justifiable" situation.
  • @gasmith7486
If you are an Uber driver DO NOT DO THIS PACKAGE DELIVERY OPPORTUNITY!!! Postmates had it too and they are integrating it into Uber. It’s DANGEROUS. You don’t know what you’re picking up or who you’re picking up from.
  • @terryowen6759
I don't answer unknown calls or texts anymore, better safe than sorry these days
  • @julee5071
I feel so bad for that woman. She must have been so scared. I don't care how much the old man thought he was going to lose, it wasn't worth an old woman's life.
  • Nothing about the arrests & this case in the thumb nail ?? Click bait ??
  • @ericdwhitmorec
The guy is still going to prison, it doesn't matter what someone in the phone said, confronting someone with a gun, going after them while they are screaming help, taking their phone, and then shooting them not once but 3 times...is crazy. Just brandishing a firearm on someone is illegal in places. And according to A.P. he was on the phone with scammer for hours, and had money on the table, meaning instead of calling the police, he was purposely going to shoot whomever came to the door. He then called the police, and the officer told the scammer, they were the actual police, and the scammer hung up. It sucks that he got scammed, but he went WAY out of the way to do WAY TOO MUCH.
  • Both the banks and the cellphone companies could help prevent this from happening, yet they profit billions and do absolutely nothing.💯💯💯
  • Someone tried this with my father, saying they were my son and in jail, asking for $5,000 to be wired somewhere for bail. The only problem was my son (and only grandchild) was sitting next to my father during the call. He played along for a while, then when he asked for a name and DOB, the scammer hung up.
