There was a book written in 1972 called "Fishing the Dry Fly as a Living Insect" by Leonard Wright. Giving your dry fly some motion can definitely by super effective. Whether it be stripping as you were here, or something as simple as a twitch. Another great video Kevin! Good job adapting to the situation and finding out what the fish were looking for. Solid stuff.
