  • The fact that she lived 30 years past her first diagnosis is astounding and so wonderful. Good for her for being positive through it all. What a beautiful and talented woman.
  • HEARTBROKEN to hear about the death of Olivia Newton John. As a little girl I must have watched Grease 1,000 times. I wrote to her when I was 8. She actually wrote back. She was as beautiful on the inside as she was gorgeous on the outside. An absolute LEGEND lost. 💔 RIP Sandy.

  • Being a teenager in the 70's, I just loved her music. Now, as a 63 year old grandmother, I am mourning her death. What a truly beautiful person she was, inside and out. Thank you Olivia, for all the joy you gave us with your beautiful talents. God bless you, and I pray the Lord welcomed you to Heaven with open arms.

If you were a teen in the 70's, you grew up with Olivia Newton John. If you were a young boy, you fell in love with her. She had beauty, talent, and a genuinely nice personality. The planet lost a great person, Heaven gained an angel. Thanks for all of "Those Summer nights" and other memories Olivia. Rest in peace!

"I honestly love you" is one of the most beautiful songs ever written & no one could have sung it with heartfelt emotion more than Olivia. Rest in Peace, sister!

I'm a 52 year old aging Gen Xer watching as, one by one, everyone I ever knew growing up, including both my parents, just dying and leaving me alone in an ever increasing shitty world. RIP to a woman who defined the term "sweet innocence" there will never be another Olivia Newton-John.

My mom was heartbroken with this. What an incredible woman, a warrior, and an inspiration with the most angelic voice 🤍 RIP Dame Olivia Newton-John

I honestly love her voice and her strength and devotion to fight cancer. She's 73 and she's more beautiful than any 20 year old. Wish that there are more people like her. So long Sandy :('

It’s amazing how Olivia was 73 and yet she only didn’t look any older than being in her 40’s. Olivia literally had the voice of angel.

This makes me so flippin sad. She was such a huge part of my childhood. I still sing the songs from Grease and others ❤️ I did this with my mom, who died from cancer in 2010 after I graduated high school. Double sad. We used to dance and sing the songs and I dressed as Sandy for Halloween when I was 16. Rest with Love, Olivia ❤️✨
