Looks like a nice little unit. In your opinion, would this be a good portable laser for using at craft shows assuming the proper protections are in place?

Im looking to engrave some woodworking projects like cutting boards, this seems like it would be great at that. Taking the plate on the bottom out i should be able to place the machine on top of it and get the logo in the corner right?

You answered my outstanding question. You can only engrave on annodized or metal that has a spray coating. I am glad I didn't buy this machine.

I donāt want to engrave metal, but rather mark it with names, fingerprints etc. I am looking at using sterling silver, coated stainless steel and aluminium. Thanks for your information

You testing the 12W version which is 500$ as you said,, 300$ is for the 6w,. at least make the effort to enter the price correctly , it's not that complicated!

If youāre using lightburn, would one have to purchase the galvo license, or does it work with gcode ??
