  • "Doing as others told me, I was Blind. Coming when others called me, I was Lost. Then I left everyone, myself as well. Then I found Everyone, Myself as well.” ~ Rumi 🙏🌏👁️🐛 💥🦋 💝🔥🕊️ 🙌
  • Just my two cents: I made a big change in wardrobe and the way I looked at myself. I left a lame environment and realized your environment can shape the way you think or feel. Long story short my "friends" and even some family members kept me down. Didn't realize I was playing a role they established for me. Once I moved to another state I didn't have that on me and over the course of a couple years completely rebuilt myself (gone thru therapy physical&psychological) became an entrepreneur and a dad. Boy did that shake things up back "home" now no one talks to me mostly cause I don't fit that image they had of me. In essence they liked the old me that made them feel good about themselves not if I was doing well in my personal life. Kinda like a stepping stone for their personal well being. Those ain't your people and success shine a light on the people who grinned in your short comings and now sour to hear I'm doing better for myself. Put in the work (it's very hard) but eventually you'll see the fruits of your labor 🙂
  • Your thoughts create feelings, Feelings felt long enough, create plans, Plans initiate action, actions develop habits, habits practiced long enough, create a lifestyle, lifestyle is your destiny; Control your thoughts!

"The only reason you're taking actions is to WIN & GET EMOTIONS" this changed my life for sure.

I love this video. The hardest part is sticking to the new identity. It’s too easy to slip back into the old identity, even if you’re working hard at adopting the new identity you’ve created. Clark is right about the dating aspect. After a string of losers I stopped dating completely and worked on becoming a much better and healthier partner for my future partner. I clearly defined what kind of person I wanted as a partner. Then my future husband literally dropped out of nowhere in a game chat, I knew he was the One pretty early on by how friendly and respectful he was with everyone. We’ve been married over 7 years, and deeply in love. If I hadn’t done the work on myself I would be still attracting shifty losers.
  • Fake it till you make it does work, just like changing your body posture works to increase your confidence. It's not about lying to others but about helping yourself.
  • @ocysefire
This is the most interesting dude I have seen in such a long time. I've looked for a lot of channels giving life advice, but this is the first dude that actually has good advice!

I’ve been going to the gym for a year and a half. When I started, I went 6 days a week until it became habit. Many days I didn’t want to go, I didn’t feel it, I was tired, it was raining and I didn’t want to walk to the gym, I wanted to play videogames, whatever the reason. And I just kept telling myself “no, I go 6 days a week, that’s just who I am now, someone who goes to the gym 6 days a week”. And then before I could talk myself out of it, I went out the door (which was usually the hardest part). Eventually I started believing it and now a year and a half later I go to the gym 4 days a week and I miss it if I don’t go. It’s actually made a huge difference in my life. I improved my diet and lost weight. I feel more comfortable and confident. I get complemented. I met a new girl. It’s taught me that I can do it even if it takes time and if the results take months to start to show.

YOU NEVER REALLY KNOW: You could be shitting in a stall, minding your own business, unwittingly changing the trajectory of a man's life forever.
  • That was brilliant thanks. Iv been scripting my identity every night before bed for 7 years, I choose my human Avatars identity, stories, emotions & actions for the next day as if its already done.. Everything I have written became my reality at quantum speed.
  • @ghostridda
I was thinking of doing a mindset shift but this right here, is deeper and the overall big picture. It's basically self-affirmation of who you want to be
  • @svenk5221
That shit works. Lost 30 kg in 3,5 month effortlessly. I mean of course I changed my diet, fasted, walked for long walks etc. But all this wasn’t hard. I enjoyefmd the process while before I often tried and failed. The magical trick was that I saw my self in a different light. I was proud about myself about achieving my goals even before it was done. Crazy I know but from now on this is how approach everything in life. Self concept and Law of Assumption for the win 😂🎉❤

"Stop chasing the money and start chasing the passion." Tony Hsieh, enjoyed watching your video :) thumb up !
  • @erchanel
love the advice. I didnt put words to it but ive been doing this subconsciously for the past 5 yrs or so. 3 yrs ago at 27 i decided to get into real estate and for awhile i had a lot of self doubt. Not even so much about my abilities as it was about me deserving to make money and be successful. After many conversations in my head i realized I DO deserve to be happy especially if Im working hard for it and right then I had this internal identity shift where I was now a millionaire in the making. Didnt matter that i had 4 cents in my bank account. I was a broke millionaire. And thats how i work....I gotta reach that million because thats who i am and thats whats meant for me. Dw i intend to use most of it for charity and my mission in life is to build and sustain orphanages around the world. and i didnt let anyone know about this identity shift ofc, its just a feeling that motivates me to work. (Wanted to delete this obnoxious sounding comment a few times while writing it but i know how valuable other peoples comments can be when they relate.) Thanks for the tips man! -30 yr old single mom in NY
  • Practicing this technique for the past few years has completely changed me. It takes time but it totally works!
  • @Lucas_Collins
Watching this while vaping, I guess this is my sign 😅
  • @zTorrentz
Can confirm. Its now "I get to go to the gym" no longer "I have to go to the gym". Keep up the great work brother!
  • Ill make it simpler: Step one. Choose the identity you want. You know what you want out of life. You know what you like, what you consume, what you are good at, Who you look up to and wish to be like. The catch is it must be realistic and truely part of you. After step one 'choose an identity.' Then Act how the person you made up acts like and you will slowly become them. Daily goals of actions towards the man you wish to become. This is what every successful person i respect has told me 🙏 Good luck 👍
  • Loved the idea of doing the work in reverse. Identity, Stories, Beliefs, Emotions and Actions. Thank you for the video Clark. The "Stories" video would be great.
