10 weeks until Election Day, and the Democrats are on offense in the Sun Belt. Vice President Kamala Harris and Governor Tim Walz reunited for the first time since accepting the Democratic nomination for a tour of south Georgia. The campaign aims to cut into Donald Trump's margins in the state by stumping in rural areas this week. Akayla Gardner, Eugene Daniels and Greg Bluestein join.

    I wish Harris/Walz would campaign in Florida too. I bet a lot of retirees would be upset that Project 2025 calls for drastically cutting Social Security and Medicare.

    2016 is an incredible lesson for 2024 and Iโ€™m so happy the Harris team is heeding that. Whereas both 2016 and 2024 know Trump is a joke, 2024 knows he is electable and can adapt to that knowledge and pounce on him as an actual threat, not a slam dunk defeat
