    FREEDOM!! We're so blessed in the US (so far). I don't like hearing people say, "I don't have time." It's your time...how can you not have enough? It's a good excuse for cramming so much junk in your day that you don't spend time with your thoughts. We need that quiet time.

    I used to get up a hour before I got my children up for school and had time to get my coffee and my head on before I woke my children for school. This made a huge difference in how my day went. If I over slept the day was just crappy all day long. Taking time for yourself is extremely important and as a mom it is the first thing we will cut because something else is always more important than we are.
