Too much focus on the "High Value" aesthetic and not enough on the substance. The aesthetic is significantly easier to attain but lacks any of the actual benefits that come with the label in other groups, like tangible power and respect. Obsession with the aesthetic also makes it much more difficult to qualify what "high value" means. We're seeing that issue now, with too many men claiming to have a high value (and if everyone is high value, then no one is high value). Focusing on the substance makes it very clear who is high value and who isn't. Building a structure and/or providing opportunities is not something most men can do, and so those that do are quickly and obviously identified.

The only group of men that can combat the hyper violent emotional street, is the army/marine/solider type of brothers in the service. The Denzel Washington Equalizer type of dude.

At the end of the day, no one is gonna wanna raise their family in shit, no matter who's there. You even stated in your own commantary that you wouldn't raise your kids in the hood, even to fix it up. The "bitch ass card" holds no value when it comes from ppl who are IN the shit.

I agree but EL's are not taught or raised to be community minded. Although very few bm are raised to be that way. It will take some work in the shadows. Bm can influence Sheriff's depts more readily and buy muscle or have fixers. But there must be a commitment. Now is the time.

As a percentage, there arent that many high value men of any group. But there are so many white men that they have a lot. As a percent there are fewer high value black men. The goal I would think is to increase those numbers. Without the numbers they will never control anything as a group
