A lot of the material that's out there contains too much filler. I don't always want to watch a party of strangers role play for 3 hours. This gets to the point and is useful for me as a DM. It's well paced and the information is delivered clearly, and with great background image supplements. Excellent work. I hope that you produce similar videos for other adventure modules.

Finally someone WHO EXPLAINS THE STORY. AND NOT PLAYING THE GAME. You got a sub out of me
  • @SheMeetsPaper
As a new dm with a group of new players, this was incredibly useful for getting a good overview of the story and understanding the general storyline. Thank you very much!

This is gold for DMs with not much free time! Very well done!

I’m a brand new DM getting ready to run my first campaign, and the thought of reading the entire book all at once was giving me anxiety. This was like cliff-notes. I watched it at 1.5 speed and it was super helpful just as an overview of the adventure. Thank you!

Dude, I'm new "DM", long time player. But now I'm in position of making the story. Can't say how much I appreciate this vid...

As a new DM I really appreciate the run down on this adventure. You really showed me so many details that I missed in the read through, I feel like the game play will be much smoother with everything that you detailed.
  • About to run a bunch of people from my work through this. We do occasional "game nights", usually bringing in consoles, or cards, to even going bowling (Best Buy is a pretty cool company to work for). Well D&D got brought up, and of course a bunch of people at work have now heard of it and want to try. Me being the only one who has books, plays weekly, and has DM'd a few short campaigns offered to take the reigns. Haven't DM'd 5th ed (though I play it all the time), nor have I ever DM'd so many people (all of which are new). So I figured Phandelver would be a great start, plus it saves me a lot of leg work building an adventure. Especially since most of build up to game night is going to be making characters and teaching rules. This guide will definitely help me a lot with actually setting up and running the adventure, so I thank you profusely.

the goblin tribe is known as the cragmaw tribe as they file their teeth down to points so their mouths look like a craggy cave hence crag maw. the many arrow tribe is an orcish tribe. just to correct this small tidbit

As a DM which not much prep time this is fantastic and exactly what the DnD community needs
  • @CallenExile
This is a lot more intricate than I expected. I always thought Lost Mine was a 1-2 shot intro game, but it looks like there's 2-3 months worth of weekly content here. I'll definitely be getting it.
  • I I am a first time dungeon master and this was super helpful. Super concise and has all the important things to run a LMF game
  • @kinjitoji3472
As a new DM who never played D&D before this guide helped me a LOT i really had no idea how to do things in this campaign even after i read the story 10 times this week
  • I'd heard good things about this campaign as I was thinking to run it for a group of friends who've never played D&D before. This was a great overview. Thanks.

Yo! The Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance music at the beginning was such an unexpected pleasure

I am a first time DM, and this video has had made our adventure so much fun! It guided me on handling and the narrative as a whole. Thank you so much!
  • @danhaynos6215
Hey, running this for my younger brothers and free time is a limited resource for me. I drive a lot for work and this has been an excellent way for me to learn about the adventure and mentally prepare while on the road! Thanks for the assist!
  • @jackoster7115
Much more straightforward than most of the guides out there. You give the perfect amount of examples and general info. This video should be much more well known than it is. Fantastic work!
  • This is so helpful and exactly what i was looking for. Thank you so much! I cant focus very well when I'm reading so listening to you while looking at your visuals is perfect!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
