What really stood out was the way the young ladies interacted ...didn't go off or carry on but handled the situation perfectly. Dale was excellent as well. These informative videos are just as good as any that contain conflict.

I'm in the food industry and the site Manage Dale was absolutely bloody awesome and to be fair so were the ladies at the beginning. The Senior team at GIST should be very proud of their team there ๐

To be honest those confrontational videos are very flashy and they draw in clicks, but I really enjoy those quieter videos were a real conversation is going on. Gives me some hope for humanity.
