I’m with breaking the Spiritual bondage of depression, but people of God let us remember to use wisdom and get therapy when it is needed. We will never ever spiritualize Depression, anxiety, etc. Pastor Jamal Bryant is Right about praying and using His Spiritual authority to break the bondage depression causes.. However, Pastor Jamal Bryant is not a Therapist to say one does not need medication. Some people do, and it along with the Spiritual Breakthrough is keeping them mentally and spiritually healthy in Jesus name! In the Old Testament the Prophet Elijah was in a whole Depression, wanting God to take his life because he was Scared of Jezebel! Jezebel was an evil woman. Elijah was anointed by God but the man was Depressed! However, he went to God who already knew what was going on. Father God gave him the spiritual strength for his journey, but he also assigned him another human body named Elisha. God wants us to use wisdom and understanding.
