Cultural Caravan TV guest host, Rabin Nickens, interviews African American Former Ambassador Pamela L. Spratlen (Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Russia) and Former Ambassador Harriet L.Elam-Thomas (Greece, Turkey, and Senegal). They will discuss the challenges of diversity in foreign service where the majority of personnel are "Pale, Male. and Yale (graduates)".
