Let's take a look at some of these long lost classic foods of the 1970s! Times have changed and some of them just wouldn't work today but I do feel some need to be brought back!

Loved Marathon bars! That was Patrick Wayne, son of John, in the ad. Ding Dongs, and pudding in cans!

Does anybody else remember Jell-O 123? As a kid, I loved the way it set in layers, and I loved the creamy top layers. It's a shame that they discontinued it.

Does anyone here remember when the 100 grand chocolate bar was the $100,000 bar, all spelled out like that and packaged in a similar fashion as the Marathon Bar? It was huge! And it only costed a quarter!!!! Those were the days! 💯😂

Born in 1956, I remember all these, the 70's was a great decade to be a teenager!

Does anyone remember Product 19 cereal? I used to like that, even as a kid. Reading these comments has been a nice walk down memory lane

I'm calling for the immediate reinstatement of Banana Flips and Pizza Spins.

I remember that Hickory Farms boxes were the ideal thing to send people as holiday presents (either when you couldn't think of anything else - or last minute gift)
  • We also used to enjoy "Bacon Thins" as kids in the seventies!! They were kin to "Chicken in a Biscuit"

Sitting here almost in tears over a food video.. smh.. My goodness how this has made me so homesick for my childhood. I've had many of those items with some of my favorite being the Kellogs Danish rings, the chocolate pudding is the small can, the Swanson t.v. dinners and many more. Koogle was a treat when I would spend the night at my cousins house. I would take the old days anytime over modern times..
  • The Dolly Madison snacks(Googles) got changed into what we now know as "Zingers" one was raspberry/coconut,one was like chocolate cake( with chocolate icing),and the 3rd was a yellow cake with creme filling similar, but not the same as a Twinkie...

  • I was born in 1960, so these are all part of my teen years. What a magical time it was...

There are 2 products I remember exclusive to the 70s. Freakies cereal (had several cute monster characters) and Hostess O's...powdered donuts with raspberry filling inside. I miss those! Great video!

Really enjoyed this being born in 1962 . Thanks !!! As a kid back then I couldn't get enough of "Chicken in a Biscuit" crackers ......... and still will manage to grab a box on occasion even today.
  • I also remember Fizzies Drink tablets. They turned a glass of water into soda.
  • Frute Brute still comes out (along with Franken Berry, Boo Berry, and Count Chocula) every year during the Halloween season...
