The laugh after “we’re just gonna kill emmmmmm” gets me every time. Because you can tell he’s thinking “how the fuck am I still on this stage”. He literally could not believe he got as far as he did without someone trying to stop him.

I love how according to his calculations we only had a few years left to exist yet he's still thinking ahead to 2070. That's love.

You can see the pain in his eyes. Easily the most inspiring TED talk I've ever seen. The adversity he's overcome is truly palpable.

When he responded to that girl asking what you should take away from his speech with “nothing it’s a load of crap” was the most profound thing ever said on a Ted talk stage

what I find so fascinating is how he pushes the limits just a little bit then goes back into the nice comfortable corporate speaker rhetoric and then continues and pushes it farther and miraculously he continues this insane rant for over 18 minutes without anybody stopping him
