I really think I need to put this in consideration because I recently just turned 21 and lets just say I am finding out the hard way about hang overs. These tips will really help me out and unfortunately I wont be hurting if I have something important to do the next morning. If you think about it drinking and getting drunk is not really worth it all when your puking and feel like crap the next day.

50% of this video is explaining how not to get drunk, not how to avoid the hangover. What we want to do is to get disgustingly drunk and feel okay the next morning. The other 50% was helpful tho.
