Lost an arm, was beaten, crawled to the neighbors house as a normally wheelchair bound person. And still managed to give very calm and good descriptions of what happened. A true soldier. May he rest in peace

My father was the bald investigator. He passed away about 6 months ago. Just now seeing this, awesome to see myself enjoy learning on what he did and his skill set. Rest In peace dad.
  • It's crazy how she was frantic and panicking and he remained calm. You can actually tell that the lady starts to calm down a bit because he is so composed. That's a strong person.

The fact that the mother and daughter decided to say they watched the movie "Paul" together is terrifying

Imagine how dark your soul has to be to torture a disabled veteran
  • @ca2082
Imagine being a veteran, possibly a war veteran, and survived only to have your own people rob and murder you. Those people are evil, that poor old man deserved better.

Paul was an absolute healthy chad of a man, even at 78, after being brutally beaten to the point his bones and face muscles were falling off, got his forearm cut off, was wheelchair bound, and still managed to untie himself and get to his neighbors, he would have had a long life still ahead of him 😔

I’m glad he had somebody with him when he passed. I’m also very glad that it was that kind woman who was his neighbor and may she be blessed after seeing such a horrific injustice
  • @_HimToo
His neighbor did great. She even mentioned his disabled veteran plates to make it easier to spot the vehicle. Good lady
  • RIP to this dude. At 78 and in a wheelchair, still has the will and guts of a vet to provide info about the killers after the attack.
  • @anchuto
It takes a very sick person to beat to death a man named Paul, and then fabricate an alibi where she sees the movie Paul with her mother. It's like she thinks it was all a joke.
  • @halobaby0331
Paul didn’t deserve to die like that. Wow. 78 I’m sure he was a healthy older gentleman too. Such a shame someone can take a life like that.
  • @Banuna
Torturing and murdering an elderly, disabled veteran who has done nothing to them is truly the height of f*cking evil. Rest quietly now Paul, you’ll be remembered as the hero you were 💜
  • @hazey6945
From an article: Quandt was beaten so badly, a prosecutor said, that his face was disconnected from his skull. Quandt was somehow able to untie himself and get to his neighbor's house for help. He died about a week after the beating. That’s so horrible.
  • The fact that her story was that she was watching the movie "Paul" whole she was actually murdering Paul, is just a whole other level of depraved. Almost like she's gloating.
  • @dave9351
At 72, single and a Vietnam veteran, this is the stuff of nightmares. Thankfully I'm still able to take care of myself, but this world contains some unspeakable horrors for those of us unable to defend ourselves. RIP Paul
  • @soldat2501
Let’s all take a moment to respect Virginia for her composure. She was obviously traumatized too but she held it together to get that info out which helped catch these shitheads. Paul is a hero of course but Virginia is the unsung hero of all this. Bravo Virginia.
  • @johndirom8999
My mother would NEVER, EVER alibi me for a crime as heinous as this one. It just shows the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
  • @iBolt07
This is absolutely a despicable story, I'm not usually about telling people to rot in prison, but from the sheer brutality of the way Paul had to live his last moments, they deserve to have the book thrown at them
  • @gerryfegan3608
Man the 911 dispatchers call was bone chilling.... a veteran and old man at that. This is horrible. I hope those criminals get something way worse done to them
