In the Patapsco River, efforts are ongoing to recover the bodies of six people presumed to be dead following the bridge collapse last night. FOX 5 wanted some context about the nature of those recovery efforts.

    Vehicles may be encased in concrete. They were on the bridge deck and as vehicles have buoyancy they might have been carried some distance by the current before they came to rest on the bottom. Divers might be searching in the wrong place.
