Amber, no one can "make you feel" anything more than you allow. Your identity, self worth, confidence comes from within. I do the opposite of no contact with negative people. I allow those exchanges to challenge me to overcome my inner negativity. External negativity can only affect you if it confirms your own inner dialogue. When someone says or does something that you know is an absolutely false interpretation of who you are, smile and forgive them immediately. They are most likely putting a voice to their own personal challenges. Im not condoning abusive or disrespectful behavior. Im saying that it is impossible to let others control your inner perspective of yourself if your inner dialogue is healthy. Don't be so hard on yourself. When your inner voice speaks to you with respect others will speak your language. They won't need an interpreter. 😊❤

Happy Sunday 😊 I haven't been on social media (FB, Tiktok, IG etc) for 4 years now. FB was my thing!! My 1st friend/cousin/brother passed in 2020 & that's when I decided I just couldn't do it anymore. First thing in the morning, noon, night & all the time in between, it was FB. Please don't let NO ONE make you feel like you're not doing enough or you're not enough. Even on YouTube, I've noticed that everything is esthetically pleasing & EVERYTHING is in place. Realistically, that's not life, especially if you have kids. I appreciate & respect when life is lifing & sometimes things don't get done simply because we are tired or just don't feel like doing it (leaning more towards that last part 😂) I just told my Aunt that a sista is 😫 😩 I moved out when I was 19 with a baby & now at 54, I've realized that I've been doing life for a very long time & so yeah, I'm just over it all. Managing a household, children, and job, like 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ Thank God for grace & mercy. Thank you for sharing your. Awesome video & have a great week on purpose

Loved this as always! Thank you for all the motivation Amber! crazy you talked about staying away from social media, everyone I know has been telling me the same thang! I have never really gotten to much into social media I just have watched YouTube and had to give up ticktock a year ago it was getting to be to much and taking a lot of my time. I feel like social media has done good but it also has done a lot of bad. I remember back in the day when there was no social media life was so much simpler and we were more content!

Hi Amber I like this style of video,plus I totally agree about social media it is toxic better staying of it, my son came away from it he was looking at his phone before sleep and first thing in the morning now he walks his dog goes to the gym and sleeps better,I love Lucy’s new perch she is adorable have a lovely week.😊

I like the voice over&music videos both,it is nice to hear the voiceovers once in awhile. You should try a lighter tone rug with flecks of gray&black in it,it would tie in good with the living room&dining room. So glad Lucy is back,poor thing she was probably so scared. Great video,a little bit of everything❤❤❤
