Weight loss is so stressful for me. I view food in such a negative light, every time I eat I think ”great now I’m gonna gain weight”. All day every day I’m anxious about getting hungry because I don’t want to have to make food choices. I have a past of starving myself, and also binge eating, it’s so hard to lose weight in a healthy way. This video was very helpful, thank you!

I love the idea of focusing on what you could control instead of purely the scale.

I found your channel back in January and binged watched all your videos. I downloaded WW in February and I am down 24lbs! 🎉 Thank you for sharing your journey and inspiring me to finally get my life together!

Love to see some with a similar stature and background (I played D1 basketball) who was able to successfully get the weight off. As a tall girl, the weight looks different. 10lbs will only have our jeans a little tighter. 50, 60lbs can creep on before we truly notice. I’m currently 290😮‍💨 at 6ft. Could not believe I let myself go this far, my biggest thing is portions and lack of activity. Ultimate goal is 180 but focused on reaching 240 by end of summer. Then 220 (college weight, best shape of my life but had at least 30lbs of extra muscle), next leaving the 200 club in time for next spring🙏🏽

Thank you for sharing your tips and tricks.. Yes we all go through struggles and I understand..I didn't want anyone knowing I gained..I did weight watchers 15 years ago, lost 72 LBS in 10 months at age 44..I have gained 25 pounds back.. Need to get my A** in gear again
  • Happy 4th anniversary!!❤❤ It’s wonderful that you’re taking care of yourself as a permanent lifestyle. Not crazing mindlessly but a so important. Exercising for enjoyment and not weight loss is so smart.
  • I treasure you so much Nikki 💓 I started my WW journey on 01-29-20 and have lost 110 lbs. I found your channel that same year and have been a faithful viewer since. You had a lot to do with my weight-loss and I appreciate you and the time you take to share all of these helpful tips! 👏 🥰

One of the best things that has helped me is your idea or way of doing food prep (instead of meal prep). I also get bored and that can make me fall off the tracks which leads to feeling bad or defeated. Thanks for the tips. Best to you & Adam on your journey into your new home.

My husband and I found your channel in december. Your videos motivated us to sign up for weight watchers in January. He is down 19 pounds now, and am I down 22! We have a long way to go, but your videos inspired us to take the path that is changing our lives. Thank you for sharing your journey!

The tip about rewards for consistency!! Thank you SO MUCH!
  • So relatable… I spent way too many years worried about how I looked. Now the older I get it’s more for health reason. It’s still a struggle and I want to make the change.
  • @amymiller5816
Good job! All the best and thanks for your channel!
  • I’m 6 ft tall too and 250. I feel like your story has given me hope that I can do this. I just got put on blood pressure medication and I don’t want to be on them. Thank you for everything. I can so relate to the insecurity, negative thoughts and food binge eating. I want to challenge myself to track 1 month like you did.
  • Hi! I just found your channel and saved your video a couple days ago. I am also a former volleyball player, exactly 6ft, and my current weight is the same as what your starting weight was. I had previously lost 110lbs, (once I got out of my abusive marriage in 2015) and then I have slowly gained 65lbs of it back over the last 2 years. I find your video incredibly inspiring and I'm going to set a similar 30-day goal for myself of logging my food and meal prepping. We used to order doordash and get fat food all the time, but since we moved to our house in the country, it is not as easy which is helpful. But I find myself not sticking to things. I just wanted to say I appreciate your video and it is incredibly exciting for me to find someone who is my same height and has the same issues that I did. I'm a bit older at 37, but I relate so much. Thank you for your content!
