  • Very apt presentation on application of Yoga in today's world with full of enxities. 👌👌
Yoga practice, shows a holistic path of happiness.
I strongly believe that practicing Yoga is a preventive measure.
It helps us before we fall in ditch.

Appreciate the professional approach to describing the Ashtanga eight limbed path of yoga and how it correlates to the cognitive therapy. Combining yoga with professional medical guidance to map out and track how exactly one is changing and overcoming their mental imbalances would bring about wonderful, radical change in this world

WOW... I wanted to thank you for your inspiration insight!! I am currently in my last year of counselling and have been practicing yoga initially to heal both a physical injury but also to strengthen my mind.. and like so many surprises in life, I have been gifted with something a whole lot bigger than just a specific outcome. Wholistic... yoga has not just allowed my injured body to realign and heal but something magical has happened and happening beyond my functional neuroplastic brain... my soul connection and strength.. I KNOW this works because I am experiencing a change I have always dreamt of.. after years of counselling, self help books etc. only yoga has allowed me to shift my perspective.. anyway, I'm not going to keep rambling with excitement but I too am on your path... together with others who live this, we can move towards a world where people can become autonomous.. this to me is building a happier world from the inside out!! ✨🙏🏼

"The real purpose for practicing yoga is to realize that I am not this body. I want eternal happiness, complete knowledge, and eternal life-that is the ultimate end of the true yoga system." Hare KRSNA.

When you find out one of your friends did a TEDx talk... yes yes yes. I love yoga.
  • I have had many yoga students tell me how much their practice helps with their mental attitude.
  • @abhishekkj9664
Yoga has been reduced to "self improvement industry". It's much more than that. The physical exercises and pranayama are just 2 layers out of 8.
  • @yogawithbelle
Yes! Love it👏🏽 reasons I do yoga and wanted to create a YouTube to help other people!

Is there somewhere we can see the last slide in full? Wondering what the notes on ‘thoughts’ and ‘physical sensations’ were?
