Oh god. I love how nice the city is. My favorite thing about St Petersburg are the Marina and tall hotel skyscrapers. I even took a field trip to the Museum of Fine Arts with my history class once and it was a blast. ❤

I am so impressed with this video. I’d no idea St Petersburg had so much to offer. I use to visit the area as a child and never once ever went to the city’s downtown. To me, St Petersburg was a sleep ole town that would never grow. I see now that it’s an amazing area with much growth and ongoing industry potential. No one could’ve ever convinced me that the city would grow to become what it has. Your video is extremely informative and beautifully showcases this vibrant city. I will definitely be visiting Florida again: especially St Petersburg.

I have Aunt and Uncle and cousins that have lived in St. Pete since 1954, in the same house.

I am sad that the Iconic inverted triangle is gone from the Pier. That was really a unique icon and was on the Nightly news every night as part of their intro to Tampa Bay news. It would be like getting rid of the Chrysler building in New York or the John Hancock building in Chicago.

I can't believe all the amazing island communities and entertainment downtown and all the perfect beaches - St. Petersburg is definitely a masterpiece !!! I was part of the city band as the drill team (flags) we were there when it opened. Northside's mighty Mustang Marching Band.

I remember that hotel ..Donsecar in 1969 to ???? When I was boarded..up we would sneak in and explore 😁😁😁

Fort Desoto is where you go on field trips in grade school. Great fort. The military uses it for ten mile marches for training as well.

Nothing like the St. Pete I grew up in. I recognize the place names but very little else. I prefer to remember it in the days of my youth. None the less a very nice video !
