  • Djokovic is such a fantastic human being. Humble, respects his rivals, pure sportsmanship.....what is not to love?

Federer at 39 and with one knee was more challenging then the rest of the next gen field.

Djokovic's tribute to his mother, and especially his deep recognition of the physiotherapist's hard work, moved me and showed what an incredible human being he is. I feel like I am more resentful than he is about the fact that he was wrongfully deported from Australia last year. Here too he teaches me a great lesson!
  • Well done to Novak for his kind words and tribute to retired fellow great Roger Federer. He has not always been well liked in the past - though his greatness as a tennis player has always been acknowledged among his critics - but certainly in the last year or two he has won at least many, if not most, of his critics over and I do not think most people will begrudge his successes in the future, including, open certainly, this year’s Australian Open, with all due respect to his opponents. Djokovic has shown, and consistently continues to show, why he is the best tennis player in the world and he thoroughly deserved to hold that title, for a while longer at least, although time will eventually catch up with even him, as it did with Federer.
  • Just can’t stop admiring Novak! Class act in every aspect👍👏💪🧡 It’s a pleasure to witness his greatness

What a terrific human being. The crowd is literally there for him and he goes and makes it about other people. His mom, Roger, his trainer, his opponents....we are living in the era of a very special superstar
  • Yes, Novak we all miss the golden era of tennis. And we are grateful that you are still here holding up the wobbling pillar of the pathetic nextgen era.

I miss Roger so much. The only player who'd I'd set the alarm for if he was playing in a different time zone. Whenever he stepped on court there was always such a buzz and excitable energy in the stands. For those who have seen him live you'll know what I'm talking about.
