I will also point out for the people new to speedrunning, glitchless is also known as no major glitches

For anyone does not understand why some glitch are allowed. The general rule of thumb is: if some minor glitch does not skip bosses and only skip running time, it would be allowed. That is why the Farron keep jump is allowed. It does not skip any boss and only skip the ladder. same rule can be applied to the sword fast health regen glitch. It does not skip boss, only give you the option to heal as you run.
