Travelling to another country is exciting, but it’s important to know how to navigate your way around like a pro, especially if you don’t speak the local language. Well, the good news is, all you need is to have the right device with you!

See how it’s done, as I take all of you through on my escapade to Vietnam.

I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, also formerly known as Saigon, only to realise that English is not as common, even in such a big and vibrant city. But in Rome, do as Romans, so I took the help of Google maps, translate and lens to find interesting things about my destinations.

Did you know that you can also download the Vietnamese language offline so that it is easy to communicate even when you are not connected to the internet?

The places that I visited within the city were:

✨ Tan Dinh Church (Pink Church)
✨Ho Thi Ky Flower Market
✨ Mekong Delta
✨ Starlight Bridge

Hi Tanya, I like your travel video where you explore and vlog by yourself .. this is becoming more like high budget / high tech or stylish video where we as audience don’t get that same essence that we used to get while watching your older videos. Don’t get it wrong but i am following you since past 4 year and used to get excited when you upload video. Now , that pure warmth is slowly going away and it is becoming every other travel video.
  • In the whole video u r just showing ur Oneplus. Travel videos should be more informative while showing the real cultures and should be interactive. TBH I used to like ur content but nowadays i don't.

Following you since your meghalaya/Arunachal days (~3 years) and this is the first time I felt the need to leave a comment. You used to show us how travel to any destination was doable by anyone. It’s understandable that you have brand obligations to cover them. But this video was not about Vietnam or Ho Chi Minh. This was about how technology can help us when we are surrounded by people who don’t speak our language. Please dont compromise on content at the cost of promotions. I hope you will read this. And in a positive way. Keep travelling. 🏞️
  • Poor Vietnam has suffered a lot in the past, happy to see Vietnam thriving now ❤
  • Tanya didi it's inspiring to see you talking boldly like a brand ambassador and like a model while you had to go through stage fright and stammering in your school days. You're my role model ❤❤. Waiting for your life story after you hit 1mn didi. ❤❤
  • Sorry to say Tanya i agree with others on this video it's one of the most important city of Vietnam and you didn't gave any info about it is a bad content writting.
  • There's so much one can learn from u Tanya. U could have made it big in any field whether it's media, acting, anchoring anything.
