With this Tribute to MADtv, I assembled a compilation of clips focusing from the first few seasons of the show. The team at that time was clearly unafraid to take risks with controversial subjects, and the results were hilarious memories that will stand the test of time as they were clearly ahead of their time!

Did this guy add reference clips for the skits? Holy Shit this is above and beyond.
  • I will never understand why this show was canceled but SNL is still on. MAD TV was sketch comedy at it's best.

Hearing that theme song again after all these years literally made my heart hurt.

Bobby Lee explained on his podcast that the reason why they could get away with some much on the show was because Fox treated the show like a red-headed step-child. Meaning the higher ups rarely checked in on them.

"Pretty White Kid's with Problems" was EPIC when it aired originally, you could never get away with this stuff today. I MISS these days!!! 🥺😔🤦🏾‍♀️
  • I used to sit up by myself and watch Mad Tv on Saturday nights at 11 or midnight, when I was about 10. That was back when kids didn't have on demand cartoons and YouTube.

This show featured some of the most underrated talents of all time -- especially Will fuckin' Sasso and Debra Wilson.
