"Putting holes in people bringing them down like sacks of shit" That's the most british commando line ever
  • @trob1173
In my 8 yrs in the infantry (88-96) I went from trench and bunker assaults to air assault maneuver warfare to COIN operations. Now it's back to trenches, with the added spice of drones! This was a fascinating presentation.
  • I’d assume that hour long videos like this aren’t the most popular for the widest audience of this channel, but this stuff is invaluable information for free.

I know it’s not an impression, but that lad’s Captain Price voice is amazing.

As an Army NCO I want to thank you for content like this. I've watched this video several times and will several more. I have shared it with many friends and brothers. THIS is quality content!

I'm from Finland, and this was such a good thing to watch. Even here some people are in denial, but I'm sure as heck training.
  • @andsowot
Surreal. A Brit and an American teaching you how to fight Russians from first hand experience. These scenarios used to be video games.

Modern combat is freaking crazy….drones, booby traps, scatter mines, thermals….how anyone gets through unscathed is a miracle
  • @MWSCologne
For a civilian this is really frightening. Big respect to the guys.

This is a superb training session. Clearly spoken soldier wisdom, and you honestly wouldn't have heard any better anywhere. BZ gents, thanks for taking the time, and keep your heads down.

GT: "Shotguns are making a comeback, once again." Me: *oils M1897* "Good...Good."

One of the best videos from guntubers ever! So glad you had Lev in there with his buddy, the link is strong between those too just by watching! Really enjoyed this video!

Former German soldier here (2009-2021). We've been trained for classical frontline and trench warfare a lot. Most of the manuals were still from WW II and had been slightly changed. I have to be honest that I often ranted with other comrades about how "useless" it felt to learn all of this because "nobody fights like this anymore" (too much focus on the war on terror asymmetrical warfare). Got proven wrong on that one. Strangely enough though I still remember everything by heart from what they've told us. Stay safe out there guys!

It’s striking how basic the tactics are. “Dudes are pulling humvees straight up to the trenches.” “If we see a drone, we get in some bushes. If we can’t ID it, we try and shoot it.” “We have radios, but it varies how much we actually use them.” It really does just come down to training combined with giant brass balls and some luck

Really impressive work you're putting out. Thank you for offering all this great information for free.
  • I have to say, the questions you ask are so relevent and really give a deeper understanding to the information they are sharing, very good video!
