  • For those of you wondering what ingredients are in this meat marinade. It is the following: Five Spice powder, garlic powder, light soy sauce low sodium (not dark), salt, ginger powder, oyster sauce, red sweet wine, hoisin sauce, and black bean paste. Your welcome.

    Crispy pork, soy and fish sauce with chilli, cold beer and good friends. Perfect evening. Love Asian food. The skill required to make this look easy. And that knife. So sharp. I bet it was much cheaper than knives in most western kitchens.
