Nore is the Cut Off King, he is Determined to not let a guest finish their story
  • @darrenm97
If David Chappelle did a Drink Champs parody skit where he acts as Nore cutting people off, You'd see how fast Nore would tone down the interruptions.
  • Shout out to MC Serch, he handled that crazy interview with Hip-Hop knowledge, NORE is brain dead

Hip Hop in the 80s and 90’s was like a tight knit family where everyone knew each other. like 6 degrees of separation. There will never be a time like that again. RIP to all the legends
  • I know Nore, EFN, or somebody from Nores camp has to read comments. If you read this one....NORE, stop cutting people off when they speak !!!! Holy shit bro.
  • @modeone550
This is ONE of the most important influential drink champs by far. You have to listen, hear, understand all the gems dropped in this episode.

Much respect to MC Serch.....He's more of a BEAST behind the scenes than his rap career. This interview had me on 10 the entire time. What he did for Nas was so DOPE. He really could've gotten some serious BREAD but he was honorable and did right by Esco. Salute2Serch

"98% of men and women over 30 stop listening to new music...after 30 you only go back to the artist you love." I felt that in my soul. It's the reason you will hear us old heads talk about how they don't make music like they used to. Respect Serch for the enlightenment and for being a 2%er.

Serch was bout to tell his whole career story, then Nore cut him off and changed the whole vibe of the interview🤣🤦🏿‍♂️ Nore save your questions for the end.
  • @Blakpepa
Serch is one of the best hip-hop story tellers of all time...you can tell this guy loves the culture from day one
  • I’ve heard of the Nas story with him years ago, but never knew the details behind it. This was so important to me because Nas has been my favorite rapper since 1994. I’m SO glad I watched this interview, because this has to be one of the best Drink Champs interviews, ever!!! This is definitely in my top 5 best ones by them!!! MC Serch, is one of the realest, and most authentic hip hop legends out here!! You can tell he has always been a student of the culture, and has always had extreme love for hip hop. Now he’s an icon/legend. He’s definitely put a lot of people on! This interview should have WAY more than 1 million. 2 years? It should have at least 4-5 million by now. If only people really knew how important he was to hip hop. But he played the background most of his latter part of his career. So, he wasn’t in folks faces as a rapper anymore. He switched over to the business side. Happy for him! He seems very settled, and comfortable in his own skin, and knows who the Phuck he is! That’s so important in life.
  • Love Serch’s interviews he’s not just a living Hip Hop legend but his storytelling is impeccable and so entertaining
  • @kingchaching15
Damn he look out for Nas like that with contracts👊🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 he good dude RESPECT !
  • @bklynrayder4512
For those who know, this interview was needed! Serch was truly the Forrest Gump of hip hop! His high school stories alone are the foundations of hip hop. For those of us who grew up during what many consider the best era of hip hop, Serch was a huge part of it. I can listen to his stories for long time, one of best interviews on here. To be able to see the beginnings of Slick Rick, Dougie Fresh, Dana Dane, Nas, O.C. and what these branched out to with Queensbridge, D.I.T.C and many others....amazing career. This is hip hop!
  • @smanqele
This HAS to be one of THE most IMPORTANT HIP-HOP lessons of ALL Time. And I wasn't even aware of Serch's contributions to the ART. Respect
  • Nas was 17 and Serch made him a millionaire off illmatic because of how he structured the deal..makes you have mad love for Serch..
  • If somebody tells you that they have a substance abuse problem, whatever it is, you need to respect their boundaries. Don’t try to convince them otherwise, that is problematic. We’ve lost too many people to substance abuse and we need to take this more seriously.
  • @darksaga80
Jesus dude is a virtual hip-hop encyclopedia. The amount of people and moments he can remember like it was yesterday, is staggering.
  • @9to5killaCartel
This has to be one of THE BEST interviews that Drink Champs ever had as far as history!
