The Supreme Court will hear a case Tuesday that could disrupt the Justice Department's sprawling investigation into the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane explains.

    Someone needs to bring (summer of love)to supreme court, hundreds of millions of dollars worth of damage,15 dead police officers,hundreds injured and somebody’s needs to be held accountable for it!!!!!

    The Supreme Court needs to decide if they actually work for the American people. Many of us are not looking very favorable upon the Supreme Court anymore. They are doing a horrible horrible job.

    No obstruction! They just HAPPENED to be at the time and place of the confirmation and stumbled in to find a bathroom. Somehow the process was delayed to J7 -- but NO OBSTRUCTION. Haha.

  • Hopefully the Court will do the right thing. Just being there should not be a crime. Violence and dangerous behavior is the criminal act. Some were jailed for just being there.
