Great video! My bf and I just bought a condo in Vallejo! I was in shock at how beautiful the city was when I first saw it. We live in San Francisco at the moment, and CANNOT wait to leave, as the crime here is insane

PRO'S: Nice people, great city layout, neat downtown Georgia St., Great access to entire Bay Area and the crown; MARE ISLAND! Take the Ferry to the city. No hassle, to traffic, no parking issues.
  • As much as I love my hometown growing, it is really hard to see my family that has lived in Vallejo for 40+ years being pushed out because landlords are selling

My wife & I are making an offer on a condo in Vallejo tomorrow! Looking to purchase our first home! It’s nerve racking but exciting at the same time.

I am 300 miles away from Vallejo, I wish when you talk about the "tree-lined streets" of Vallejo, you also show it in the video. I know I can see it in Google map, but it would have been great to include footage of the street look and places in Vallejo to visit in your video. Thanks. Just ideas for you to improve, not rude comments. I am not a rude person. Keep it up and thanks for all the information too.

Which areas have the highest rents/ best tenants? Do you still consider this a good time to buy a quadraplex in Vallejo?
  • Are you thinking about making a move to Vallejo? With so much information out there, it's hard to narrow down the pros and cons of living here. My seven minute video will give you a great overview of the best that Vallejo has to offer. I'll also address "cons" commonly associated with our city.
  • Are you connected with USDA lenders and are there any USDA homes for sale in Vallejo for low-income first-time buyers with excellent credit?
  • I'm here because I wanted to know how to pronounce the name "Vallejo" properly. Thank you. I'm writing a video about The Zodiac Killer you see. Don't worry folks, The Zodiac was only active from about 1969-1974. Vallejo & the surrounding area are completely safe now. But then again, the killer was never caught, so....
  • Well if you like cannabis clubs and taco trucks. Vallejo is the place for you. Make sure you have a really good alarm on your car, and aren't afraid of crackheads. This lady obviously doesn't live in Vallejo.
  • @GrizzledVet
Also home of the notorious Zodiac Killer.
