Can we take a moment to appreciate that 4 exceptional musicians are recreating perhaps the most epic piece of studio mastery ever attempted by the greatest band in history… which was never intended to be performed live… LIVE!!! This is perhaps the most brilliant and under-appreciated live performance on all of YouTube!!
-
who in 2023 still watching this? 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 masterpiece!
-
God it must feel sooooooo good to play this live with a band. I'd have chills the entire time.
-
How can Abbey Road not be every human being favorite album in the whole universe?
-
woooo !!!!!Paul Gilbert plays The Beatles simply amazing !!!!!!!
-
These 4 people play some of the most difficult pieces of music known to man, but still they are the happiest playing Beatles! Truly the Beatles knows NO BOUNDARIES
-
Never supposed to be performed live (due to the fact that at that time it was technically nearly impossible to do so for a quartett), this is a document of how great musicianship and love and respect to the original songs and their writers can lead to a wonderful and stunning performance. Thank you, this is awesome!
-
i can’t believe it’s only 4 of them, this is crazy… crazy good
-
Simply incredible. That brought me to tears a few times. Over 50 years later and this is STILL the best music out there.
-
We should remember that the fab four never played this songs live - but this is live!
-
Paul Gilbert and Mike Portnoy in a Beatles tribute band??? Awesome! 😎
-
Yellow Mustard dripping from a dead dogs eye (I am the Walrus) again AWESOME 👍🎶🎵
-
Very funny how they played the "original" sequence of MMM into Her Majesty into Polythene Pam. True obsessives!

I'm sixty yrs old this year,I first got into music as a teenage 'prog rock' fan..as I got older I embraced all sorts of music and I've been to hundreds of gigs..you name 'em,I've seen 'em. This is absolutely up there with the best of anything I've seen. Respectful to the source material, beefed up for a live audience, and a wonderful guitar duet at the end..it just put a big smile on my face it was so good!
-
That was so good I had tears in my eyes.
-
A most ambitious live re-creation of Beatles music. Incredible. Wish I was there.
-
The most famous medley in the history! Thanks for the smiles!
-
That audience was the luckiest one on earth!!!! so much talent there and all together playing the best music ever!!
-
Ambitious harmonies to attempt and NAIL! Never heard anyone else do it. Perfect job guys! Beautiful! Upon listening further... I'm blown away. To perform Beatles songs that were recorded in studio with many takes, overdubs, multi-tracking ON STAGE LIVE to this level of perfection... you make it look easy but folks these guys worked really hard at getting this right for you.

Every now and then, I come back here, I listen to it again, and I'm fine (with the times I listen to the original I border on obsession ^^). Fantastic...
