  • Here's how it's really calculated: Let's say you are past due $1.00 (one dollar). By the time the State of Texas assesses fees, charges, and other stuff - you now owe $5,000.00. They send you a nice letter with a threat to send you to jail.
  • Any guidance on how to fill out ability to pay questionnaire?? NCP

I have a question: I have a child support case against my son Dad in the state of Louisiana but he now live in Beaumont Texas so do I need to contact the state of Texas since he doesn’t pay his child support in the state of Louisiana?? He lied and told the judge he don’t have a job but I recently found out he has a Business in the State of Texas

Has anyone ever wondered why child support is demanded even with two parents who have no problem taking care of the child in a 50/50 parenting plan. Single fathers simply have to not consent. Take care of your kids in private. The child support agency is a collection company. Collecting a debt that you never signed up for. Keep it simple take care of your kids in private.
  • They take a percent of what you owe, multiply it by f and u, and subtract bills
