Sugar is another type of addictive drug, feeling so good but physically and mentally damaging your health so bad.
  • You should do a video on comparing sugar to the different sugar/sweetener alternatives (high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, honey, stevia, etc)

The biggest improvement to my health was when I quit eating/drinking anything with sugar, simple carbohydrates or grains 4 years ago. 4 months ago I stopped eating any carbohydrates at all, and it is already coming close becoming the biggest improvement to my health.
  • Sugar/carbs had a huge effect on me and i never knew because it was my normal. A couple months on a strict carnivore diet gave me so many improvements that ill never go back to a moderate/high carb diet.

Having oatmeal for breakfast helps control the blood sugar spikes. Probably the healthiest breakfast. Control sugar spikes and have less sugar cravings.

  • Thank you for this video i have already made changes to my diet it was really hard at first. I had a lot of craving for sweet food and i noticed when i quit eating those types of food on a everyday basis i feel a lot better without sugar. Its an everyday battle and its hard to stay strong with food choices its so easy to give in and telling yourself no is the only way.
