🚨 WEAR TEST NOTES 🚨

e.l.f. Satin Foundation: the video check in included in video showed what the foundation looked like after 10.5 hours of wear. It was a bit more dewy than I prefer. Going forward, I will need to pair this foundation with oil controlling primers/powders and setting spray. Stay tuned for an update on this.

e.l.f. Lock It Down Eyeshadow Primer: Not the best option for preventing creasing. I will test again with a different brand of eyeshadow to see if my results change. As of now, I wouldn't recommend. Stay tuned for an update on this.

e.l.f. Brow Lamination Gel: No complaints here. It held my brows in place all day. I will continue using this product.

e.l.f. Plumping Gloss: I really enjoyed this product. The color and shine is just beautiful! I'm so glad the plumping effect doesn't burn or sting. It's a 10/10 for me!

Lexi, this was very helpful. I was wondering about the foundation. I may get by using it because my face is dry due to being 63. My entire body has changed to being dry, nails, hair, everything. ELF's products are decently priced but not everything is a bargain if it doesn't work. I like their blushes and the hydrating camo concealer. Some eyeshadows are ok. Your look was pretty but it always is. Have a great week! 💞

I’ve frequently had trouble with Elf products. I tried those bite sized mini palettes, and I agree that they went on easily and they come in great shades. I was curious about how they wore on you. For me the shadows faded faster than anything else I have. The truth for me is that most Elf products including the brushes (almost all I have purchased start shedding right away). I truly don’t have confidence in Elf.

I get oily in my t-zone, as well. Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of Elf foundation but love so many of their other products.
  • The 15 warm, why? It's not even close to your skin tone. Sponge side looks smoother.
