I saw this house all the time for the past year abandoned. I’m glad they restored it. It was on the market for 2.5 millions ( in a really bad shape) now is 5 millions. Whoever buy it, I hope they are happy there!

I walk our dogs by this house all the time. So glad it is finally on the market after sitting empty and abandoned for years. Agents neglected to mention that it backs up to a 36 hole championship golf course that winds through the community. Just up the street from great shopping and restaurants!

I remember when this house was built. It doesn’t have a front yard. The motor court extends to the front door, but the backyard is quite expansive.

Oh good ole far north of Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Allen, Mckinney, where people come for the American dream, but then after a year or two, they realize they are paying 7-10 thousand dollars a year in taxes for a home, 500 a month in lawn care, HOA, 200 water bill, all of a sudden that 400k house is costing 4K a month, and hour and half drive to downtown. So they move, and the next family comes in for the American Mcmansion dream home. Happens every day. Since I have lived in Plano/121, every house around me has been bought and sold in 5 years, every one. No one stays here more than a couple years, no one knows their neighbor. It's honestly a strange place to live.

I have always loved looking at floor plans and the second I saw this house I recognized it as one of my all time favorite that I found online once. I am so excited to see an actual walk through of a home I have visualized for years in my head!!!!
